To create a proposal for a Lennox oil project using the LennoxPros platform, follow these steps:

Sign in to your LennoxPros.com account and navigate to the Proposal Builder.
Select the lead you want to create a proposal for from the Dashboard or Leads table.

Select the Project Type and the equipment to install or replace from the drop-down menu.
For an AHRI certified matchup, select ‘AHRI’ and proceed to search for the appropriate system based on your requirements (e.g., air conditioner, heat pump, mini-split).

Specify your search criteria, including system type, phase (single-phase for residential or three-phase for commercial), sales area, and voltage.
Choose the models you want to include and select up to 8 AHRI Numbers to view in the proposal.

Compare the selected systems side by side and customize the system to meet the homeowner’s needs.
Add any default accessories and thermostats, and check the availability of products.

Review the company and lead information, adjust as necessary, and include any promotions, sales tax, and rebates.
Digitally sign the agreement and print or email it to the customer.

For warmer climates, consider a heat pump and air handler system, which is more energy-efficient even during cold snaps.
For moderate climates, a dual-fuel system combining a heat pump and a furnace is often the most efficient solution. This system automatically switches between the heat pump and furnace based on the temperature.
