Vessel Description

RANGER is a platform supply vessel (PSV) designed to support offshore oil and gas installations. Built by Ulstein Verft in Norway in 2006, the vessel is configured for cargo transport to and from offshore platforms, including deck cargo, liquid mud, bulk dry cargo, and fuel. The vessel operates under DP2 dynamic positioning capability, enabling precise station-keeping during cargo transfer operations without anchoring. Her diesel-electric propulsion arrangement with azimuth thrusters provides high maneuverability in demanding offshore conditions. The vessel sails under the Cyprus flag and has been associated with Tidewater Inc. operations globally.
