As the inaugural vessel of her class — which includes Celebrity Equinox, Celebrity Eclipse, Celebrity Silhouette, and Celebrity Reflection — the Solstice established a new benchmark for Celebrity Cruises in terms of design, onboard amenities, and passenger experience.
Notable features include:
- A real grass lawn on the top deck (The Lawn Club) — a first for any cruise ship
- The Hot Glass Show, featuring live glassblowing demonstrations in partnership with the Corning Museum of Glass
- Multiple specialty dining venues, including Murano, Tuscan Grille, and Qsine
- The Solarium adults-only pool area
- A Canyon Ranch SpaClub
- AquaClass stateroom category with exclusive dining access to Blu restaurant
The vessel operates under the Maltese flag and is registered with Malta as her flag state. She sails primarily in Alaskan waters during summer seasons and repositions to the Caribbean or Australasia during other seasons, reflecting a versatile deployment strategy suited to premium-market itineraries.
