NEW VISION is a Capesize bulk carrier built in 2017 at Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry in China. With a deadweight of approximately 181,415 tonnes, the vessel is designed for the transportation of dry bulk commodities including iron ore and coal on long-haul international voyages. As a Capesize vessel, she is too large to transit the Suez or Panama Canals at full load and therefore navigates around the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Horn on typical trading routes.
